Assessment

Norman Consulting Company offers the released product to solve one of the most important tasks in work with personnel – Assessment.

Assessment includes a set of cases, tests and business games which HR Manager can apply to personnel of his / her Company to solve current tasks.(personnel assessment to form staff reserve, selection of candidates to fill a vacant position) and to use all materials in future.

Assessment can be conducted both by HR Managers on their own and highly qualified Consultants of Norman Consulting who have education in psychology.
